Lot of 3 boudoir cards capturing scenes from the American West, credited to Hunt of Newcastle, Wyoming; Ormsby and Fredrickson of Poplar, Montana; and Willis P. Haynes of Nogales, Arizona. Includes an image of four men roping a young foal, with a team of horses in motion behind them, inscribed on verso, "Lassoing / From a group which / included an imprint / by Hunt of New / Castle, Wyoming," ca 1890s. Haynes photograph features several men, many of whom appear on horseback, wrangling cattle, with "Haynes / Tucson, A.T." imprint on mount below image and "W.P. Haynes, / Nogales, / Arizona" handstamp on mount verso, ca 1880s. Also with image of cowboys on a grassy plain with saddled horses in the background and a man holding a branding iron in the fire in the middle distance. Captioned below image, "1896 / Ox Roundup Everyday life" and with verso inscription reading in part, "Dad Waters heating branding iron / in Montana," credited to Ormsby and Fredrickson.
