Appearing in overall decent condition. The cassone has worming throughout, especially to the top where worm channels are visible. Old dark marks from contact with humidity to the top. There is a rectangular patched repair on the top. The two back feet are detached and have old glue residue. The feet have age cracks. The carved decoration at the front of the case is largely intact with a few chipped sections. The cassone opens to a contemporary cedar lined interior. The glass top is intact and free from cracks, chips, or breaks. Additional images are available upon request.
