Appearing in overall good, stable, and ready to place condition. The marble top with scattered flake chips to edges and areas of negligible roughness. Scattered areas of fill to the marble, not immediately visible and one surface crack in the marble running front to back, not appearing to impact stability. Rubbed wear to the gilt and chipping to the paint. Worming visible to the underside consistent with age. Additional images available upon request.
