Sixth plate ambrotype portrait of a group of three men posed on what appears to be the deck of a ship, the two outer men holding portions of a rope that is wrapped around the central man. Each of the men holds a pipe in his mouth. (Chemical deterioration/darkening to edges, some spotting and a few other imperfections; unsealed.) Housed in a half pressed paper case.
[With:] Cabinet card portrait of a group of 18 men of varying ages posed in three rows in front of a wall that appears to be decorated with an array of models of ship hulls (toning, soiling, staining to print; mount with soiling and wear to edges and corners).
