A Viennese carved lapis lazuli, emerald encrusted, and enamel-decorated silver gilt cup, Austria, late 19th century
The carved lapis lazuli bowl of trefoil form, on oval footed base encrusted with square cut emerald cabochons and decorated with enameled foliate and floral motifs, indistinctly marked to underside.

Condition Report
with some loss to white enamel, mostly to base; minor tarnishing to silver gilt commensurate with age; an area of residue to stem; a slim area of visible brown adhesive, evident right under bowl, likely just the product used to affix it to stem, one green stone with chip along facet
