Lot Description
A group of three French Art Deco art glass tablewares, La Verre Francais, Charles and Ernest Schneider, and other, France, circa 1920-1930
Comprising a cameo glass ewer by La Verre Francais, designed by Charles Schneider, marked with blue, white, and red "cane" to base edge; a large round footed vase with flared rim, having wrought iron overlay, attributed to Charles Schneider, no visible signature; and an Egyptian Revival cast and etched glass bowl on gilt bronze stand, the bowl with floral motifs, the square stand composed of four pharaoh heads, on round platform with grapevine surround, apparently unmarked.

H: 14 7/8 in. W: 5 ½ in. D: 5 ½ in. (ewer),
15 ¾ in. x 11 ½ in. (vase), and 11 ½ in. x 13 in. (stand with bowl)
Condition Report
large vase with iron overlay: several chips and knicks along rim, a few sticker residue marks to body, the iron generally with some patination and loss to paint, with some mild occasional oxidation, a few drips of white household paint, including to upper iron rim and to overlay; bowl on stand: the glass overall in great condition, with only a few minor occasional fleabites or knicks to rim, and a few minor scratches, one area of sticker residue to rim, the gilt bronze base with some patination and spots of green and brown oxidation; ewer: overall in excellent condition, with only minor occasional scratches or abrasions
