Lot Description
A pair of Renaissance Revival gilt bronze and rouge marble ewers, late 19th century
The bodies decorated with laurel branches and lion masques, with applied shields to front, the handle in the form of harpies, on rouge marble bases. 

H: 28 ½ in. 
Condition Report
with some minor chipping along marble base edges; the bronze with some occasional dark speckling of oxidation, with some expected patination generally; the scrolls to top of handles to both each with small crack and/or split; one marble base with diagonal inclusion or age crack to underside, that may be reinforced or filled
