Presentation copy, inscribed by Tice on half-title in Vol. I: "To / Jeanne & Lazaar / Clara Tice". With an etched limitation label, signed and numbered by Tice at front of each volume. Illustrated with 12 etched plates, each hand-colored by Tice, and with an additional 12 uncolored versions of same. Full crimson crushed levant, elaborately stamped in gilt, small chip at bottom of spine on Vol. I; top edges gilt, other edges untrimmed; paneled red and green gilt morocco dentelles; moire silk endleaves; lacking one drawing, as called for on limitation; text largely unopened; limitation label in Vol. II now loose.
