Condition Report
In generally fair overall condition, the (apparently) unlined canvas showing old green varnish under u.v. light with some scattered retouch, including to parts of the figure’s hair, parts of neck and face at right, parts of background – including a large area of restoration in background at center left, along with several spots of fill – all covering small areas of mechanical damage/losses to canvas. The figure’s dress appears generally unrestored under u.v. There is surface craquelure throughout and canvas displays some uneven areas of high finish
