Three Blue and White Porcelain Articles
QING DYNASTY (1644-1911)
comprising two seal paste covered boxes, the first painted with two sinuous dragons chasing the flaming pearl above waves, the underside bearing an apocryphal Kangxi six-character mark within a double ring in underglaze blue, the second depicting a cricket in grass, the base incised with a Yongzheng four-character mark in underglaze blue, both raised on fitted hardwood stands; a circular plate with dragon decoration, the underside incised with two-character marks reading mei yu (beautiful jade).
