New Haven: Printed by Read & Morse, 1800. First edition. 8vo. 31 pp., including half-title. Illustrated with an engraved frontispiece portrait of Washington by Amos Doolittle, after Joseph Wright; woodcut vignette on title-page. Contemporary limp blue wrappers, old repair along spine with marbled paper, extremities and wrappers worn and soiled; foxing to portrait and text leaves.
