Condition Report

In overall fine, stable condition. Old scuffs, marks and scratches consistent with age and use. Refinished surface in some areas. There are age cracks visible, in particular to the top. Few losses to edges of the decorative carving throughout. There is some separation to a few joints, but none that cause concern for structural integrity.
