Condition Report
Each in overall good and stable condition.  Each retaining a fairly even color and patina throughout.  Old scuffs, marks and scratches consistent with age and use.  Few age cracks visible throughout. The upholstery show is just under-upholstery, so they will need to be worked on.  On the armchair, the proper left arm was previously cracked and reglued at the junction with the arm support and at the junction with the back.  There is a lack of oxidation to the underside, but we are confident in the attribution of the age.  Each of the side chairs shows more recent glue residue to the joints of the seat rails to the legs suggesting some reinforcement or other restoration. One side chair shows a patch on the side of the proper front left leg where it meets the seat rail, suggesting it was previously cracked and reglued.
