8pp., folio, 9 x 12 in. Disbound (light toning). 

Containing 13 advertisements for rewards for returns of freedom seeking enslaved people: Tom ($40); MODE ($30); and HAR ($20). 

By issue:

No. 20, 18 May 1802  (p. 159) - $40 Reward for TOM and one other unnamed

No. 23, 8 June (p.183); No. 24, 15 June (p. 191) and No. 25, 22 June 1802 (p. 199) all contain an ad offering a $30 reward for the return of MODE.

No. 34, 24 Aug. 1802 (p. 271) - $20 Reward for HAR, plus an interesting ad, same page,  “Whereas Peggy, my wife, has eloped from my bed and board, without any just cause – this is, therefore, to forbid all persons harboring or trusting her on my account, as I will pay no debts of her contracting.” (vertical tear on last leaf, little text loss)

No. 35, 31 Aug. (p. 279); No. 36, 7 Sept. (p. 288); No. 37, 14 Sept. (p. 296); No. 38, 21 Sept. (p. 303); No. 39, 28 Sept. (p. 311); No. 40, 4 Oct. (p. 319); No. 41, 12 Oct. (p. 327) and No. 43, 26 Oct. 1802 (p. 343) all offer a $20 reward for the return of HAR.
