After the Auction

Auction Outcomes

Following the auction, you will be notified about whether the item sold, or was passed due to not receiving an adequate minimum bid.

If an item does not sell, it is your responsibility to have it picked up within seven business days after the date of sale. If an item is not picked up or arrangements have not been made, the seller can be charged $10 per lot per day until the item is removed from our facility.

After the auction, Freeman's | Hindman will send a notification of the outcome of the auction for your property, including price realized for all sold items. For quicker notification, you are welcome to contact your local Freeman's | Hindman office an hour after the conclusion of the sale, or view the outcomes on our website.
