To request a condition report, visit the auction schedule page, select an auction and contact one of our specialists listed under the information tab. Freeman's | Hindman’s specialists provide detailed descriptions on the condition of items to be sold at auction. Any condition statement that is given as a courtesy to a client is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Freeman's | Hindman shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. All lots are sold “as is” according to our Conditions of Sale and are not returnable. Absence of a posted condition report does not indicate that an item is in perfect condition, and our staff is always happy to accommodate requests for condition status should time permit.
