Lot Description
Christian Dior by Marc Bohan Haute Couture Ensemble, Autumn-Winter 1967
Worn by Olivia de Havilland when she arrived in Atlanta in October 1967 for the Premiere of the Wide Screen Presentation of Gone With the Wind.

Ensemble consists of jacket, skirt and blouse with the main garments made from red wool. The jacket has a fold down collar held in place with hand-tailoring, long sleeves and a center front button and belt closure. The a-line skirt closes with a zip. The blue silk blouse has long sleeves, a center front button closure and a neckline scarf that ties at the center front and secures to a central goldtone button.

Condition Report
Condition:
Overall good condition. The exterior fabric of the jacket has numerous small brown spots across the front and general wear on each cuff.  The lining has a split near the back left armhole. The blouse is is in very good condition with a small break in the seam under the right arm, a repair on the upper right side seam, and a small hole in the lower center back. 
  
The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use.
