Patek Philippe, 18K Yellow Gold Hunter Case Chronograph Minute Repeater Pocket Watch, Circa 1886
52.00 mm case diameter, white single-sunk dial, Roman numerals with outer chapter ring calibrated to 60 units, blued steel Breguet hands with center chronograph seconds hand, subdial for seconds at 6 o'clock, polished bezel, monogrammed and date engraved case, polished cuvette, slide lever for repeater function and chronograph pusher in the outer band, stem wound and lever set nickel movement with repeater function chiming hour, quarter hour and minute increments signed PATEK PHILIPPE & Co., together with silver and yellow gold articulated train fob and yellow gold chain.
Movement number: 65426.
Cuvette engraved: M.F.D FOR H.WACHHORST SACRAMENTO CAL BY PATEK PHILIPPE & CO GENEVA.
Inner cuvette stamp: 65426.
Inner case back stamp: WARRANTED 18 KARAT FINE 65426.

The pocket watch winds, sets and runs, with chronograph feature running and resetting, repeater function running, but has not been timed for accuracy. There are superficial scratches to the gold surfaces consistent with age but are not easily eye visible. There are no signs of dents or damage to the case.
The pocket watch alone weigh 95.70 dwts., the fob and chain alone weigh 12.40 dwts.
