Condition Report

Chair and ottoman are both in structurally sound ans stable condition. Swivel function on chair operates smoothly. Leather appears all original throughout. Leather to lounge chair in overall fine condition showing one puncture to inner back with scattered scuffs throughout and surface ware to arm areas from normal age related use. Leather seat cushion shows substantial ware with crazing throughout and one four inch tare to left side. Leather on ottoman shows substantial cracking throughout entire top portion with numerous breaks and losses. Aluminum bases on both lounge chair and ottoman in overall good condition with all eight plastic feet present, scattered light surfaces scratches present on both associated with normal age related ware. Manufacturer's foil labels present on both lounge chair and ottoman.
