Condition Report

Overall good, attractive structurally sound condition. All moving elements such as drawers and doors function and operate smoothly. The credenza is free of any veneer chips, cracks or losses of material. Top shows one isolated, slightly darker area in the center, most likely the result of and object in place for multiple years, with scattered light scratches and moisture dots associated with normal age related use. Two interior shelves present, one side of each shows adhesive residue, likely from the removal of after-market contact paper, also present to interior of second drawer from top. Reverse sides of interior shelves free of any damage or losses.
