Condition Report

structurally sound stable condition. finish and color are even and consistent throughout and appears original. scattered surface scratches, scuffs, dents throughout. 2 1/2 x 1/4 inch veneer piece missing from top left corner of dresser, otherwise top is fairly even with some scuffs, scratches, dust inherent with age. 2 small but noticeable areas of material loss to front of dresser. interior of cabinets are generally clean with light dust, dirt to corners from use. veneer chip to front left side of cabinet. please see additional images for the full extent of condition.
