Condition Report
structurally sound stable condition. overall fading, discoloration, water marks, stains, scratches, scuffs and residue to both examples. finish and color appears original. approximately 4 1/2 inch water ring to top of one dresser. both dresser tops have heavier sun fading and discoloration to finish. interior compartment fitted with three small drawers, a hinged vanity mirror, and three long drawers. hardware in working condition. dust, discoloration surface scratches to both desk consistent with age related wear. both vanity mirrors have substantial oxidation to glass. one dresser has substantial lifting to veneer to both sides and is being held down with masking tape.
