Black and light blue silk taffeta dress with draped neckline, blue fabric flower detail, attached fabric belt, pleated full skirt with net petticoat, and center back zipper closure.

THE FIRST
The overall condition is good with some abrasions noticeable on the right side seam near the hem and the tacking for the belt on the right princess seam has come loose.

THE SECOND
The overall condition is good with a slight discoloration overall and some small spots inside on the lining and outer skirt as well as some loss of the lining at neckline. There are areas along the zipper where stitches are coming loose. According to label, there is a missing belt.
