Collection of Four Sleeves, One Shawl, and One Dickey, 1840-90
This lot includes six items; four sleeves, one collar, one dickey. The dress featured in some of the images is available in Lot 63.
THE FIRST
Flared white net sleeves trimmed with ruffled lace.

Condition:
THE FIRST
The overall condition is very good though there is some minor lace distortion on one of the cuffs.
THE SECOND
The overall condition is very good though there are some lightly soiled spots on each of the sleeves.
THE THIRD
The overall condition is good with some small holes on one sleeve top along with some minor soiling on each sleeve near the wrists.
THE FOURTH
The overall condition is good with some soiled spots along the upper arm and cuff and a small length of separated lace from the wrist on one sleeve.
THE FIFTH
The overall condition is good though there are a couple of small holes on the front points, likely from a pin and some minor soiled spots near the center back hemline.
THE SIXTH
The overall condition is very good structurally, with the back neckline button missing and some wear overall but intact. There are two hard white spots on the right edge of the front and one on the back.
Everything is sold 'As Is’. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
