Printed Cotton Day Dress, 1860s 

White cotton broadcloth day dress with brown floral print, gathered wide neck bodice, ruffled short sleeves, full gathered skirt, and center back hook and eye closures.

Condition Report
Condition:

The overall condition is very good structurally with the following:
Structural Issues: There is a small hole in the back waistband near the eye closure is stitched.  
Losses: There are a couple of small holes on back right shoulder.
Fading/Color Change: The dress has some overall minor darkening due to age. 
Soiling/Spots: There is moderate orange colored soiling along the hemline and some small orange spots throughout the dress. Very light soiling is noticeable throughout the lining, mostly in the neckline area. 

Everything is sold 'As Is’. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
