Condition Report
Condition:

The overall condition is very good structurally with the following:
Structural Issues: There is a small split in the front left waistband of the underskirt.
Split/Separated Seams: The back right shoulder has a seam starting to come loose but remains largely intact.
Fading/Color Change: There are large sections of fading along the dress hemline, alternating from the front to the back.
Soiling/Spots: There are some large spots of soiling where color has faded substantially on the right sleeve hem, the center back skirt just below the bustle, and the front right underskirt near the side seam. The underarms are lightly soiled in the bodice lining and the back hemline facing has some moderate soiling.

The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. All other condition issues are stated above. To request additional working condition photos, please email couturecr@hindmanauctions.com with the lot number. Condition is a matter of opinion of the evaluator and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Clients must review and agree to the Conditions of Sale before participating in an auction.
