Condition Report
Condition:

The overall condition is very good structurally with the following:
Structural Issues: The neckline has some wear in the fabric that appears to be a loosening of the weave.
Split/Separated Seams: Several pleats have come undone on the back right under skirt hem.
Losses: There are small-large holes on the front right and back right-center panels of the overskirt. There are small holes in the under skirt hem facing.
Soiling/Spots: There is moderate-heavy soiling under the arms through to the shell fabric which has resulted in discoloration. There are some small darkened spots on skirt, mostly on the top right hip and back right hem.
Repairs/Alterations: There is a boning casing without boning which appears to have been stitched closed. There also appears to be two small strips of fabric added into the side seams of the waist on the dress, which has spaced the skirt panels further apart.

Everything is sold 'As Is’. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. All other condition issues are stated above. To request additional working condition photos, please email couturecr@hindmanauctions.com with the lot number.
