This lot includes three men's waistcoats.

THE FIRST
Red, brown, and blue silk velvet vest with chest and waist pockets, and silk thread covered button closures.

Condition Report

Condition:

THE FIRST
The overall condition is good with the following:
Structural Issues: The front hem leather facings are brittle. The velvet pile is missing along the folded edges of the collar.
Losses: The left underarm has a small hole. The front leather facings have several holes.
Fading/Color Change: There is some fading on the velvet under each arm.
Soiling/Spots: Both underarms have some soiling.

THE SECOND
The overall condition is very good structurally with the following:
Fading/Color Change: There is some slight yellowing noticeable on the front of the vest.
Soiling/Spots: There are some small orange spots throughout the shell fabric and some light soiling in the back lining. Some dark spots are noticeable on the back left panel.

THE THIRD
The overall condition is good with the following:
Structural Issues: The front hem leather facing is brittle and has some holes and cracks.
Losses: The covering on a button is coming undone.
Fading/Color Change: The lining is discolored, primarily around the waist and neckline due to wear.
Soiling/Spots: There are a few light spots noticeable in the lining.
Repairs/Alterations: The underarm binding appears to have been repaired/rebound.
