Condition Report

In fair and stable condition overall. The legs are in sturdy condition. With staining to the upholstery on the back rest, to each side near the framing, and scattered throughout. Instances of inconsistent coloring to the paint, especially around the armrests; areas with thicker applications of paint than others and few edges where build up is visible. Wear and loss to the paint on the armrests and legs, along age cracks in the wood and scattered throughout the framining. Each armrest with two holes in the upholstery on the front corners, consistent with use. See additional images for further reference to condition. Additional images available upon request.
