Condition Report
In good and stable condition overall. Areas of loss and wear to paint scattered throughout, consistent with age and use. Upholstery intact, with scattered stains and discoloration. Visible adhesive residue along the seams in areas, predominately around the armrests. See attached images for further reference to condition.
