Lot Description
Christian Dior Jacket and Skirt, 2018-19

Maria Grazia Chiuri showed her first cruise collection at Dior in California in 2018. The collection took inspiration from the dramatic natural landscape of the American southwest, North American indigenous dress, and the prehistoric paintings of the Grotte de Lascaux in France. Chiuri’s interpretation of these wide-ranging reference points yielded a casual and artistic collection, grounded in modern wearability.
