The authenticity of this work has previously been confirmed by the Wildenstein Institute and is recorded in their archives under ref. 95.01.25/4066.4332

Condition Report
Framed: 29 x 29 inches.

Framed without glazing; brown paper is laid to card; card is taped to mat window along all verso edges; overall artwork appears to be composed of two sheets placed together, with a visible seam running horizontally from the center left to center right edge; multiple partial tears throughout, with longest being a horiztonal tear in lower edge running approximately 14 inches in length; there appears to be an oval shaped repair in the lower right corner; signature bears a small gouge, with a pinpoint area of retouching to the signature; areas of lifting paint and pinpoint paint losses through green pigment in the center; the lower left edge bears a water stain, approximately 5 1/2 x 1/2 inches; an area of lighter tonality in the lower left corner.
