Condition Report

Framed: 31 1/2 x 25 3/4 inches.

Significant deposits of surface dirt and dust; under a yellowed and soiled varnish; one small paint loss in the lower left corner, within the top rail of the fence. Under UV light, no apparent inpainting is visible. Additional images available upon request.
