Lot Description
A George III Gold-Mounted Agate and Enameled Scent Bottle, Snuff Box and Patch Box
Mid 18th Century
the enamel swan stopper attached to body with a chain, the body divided into the top half for a scent bottle and the lower half with a vacant compartment for stuff, the body worked with gold trim in the Rococo taste with an enamel band along shoulders reading 'Votre Amitie Fait Me Seule Felicite' the hinged base opening to a third compartment with a vacant interior and mirrored top.

Condition Report
The agate elements appear intact without cracks or significant loses. A few very small flakes and chips to enamel banding on shoulder, particularly on the corner panels. The gold elements running vertically on body likely replaced, solder joining and splits visible under a loupe. Additional images available upon request.
