Manuscript promissory note for £53, 6 shillings and 8 pence to Brigadier General John Mead (ca 1725-1790). Pay Table Office, [Connecticut], 14th June 1781. Signed by Fenn Wadsworth. 7 3/4 x 4 3/4. -- Manuscript promissory note for £10 to [Quartermaster General] Ralph Pomeroy (1737-1819). Pay Table Office, Connecticut, 13 August 1781. 7 7/8 x 5 1/8 in. Signed by Eleazer Wales and William Moseley. -- Partly printed promissory note to Brigadier General John Mead for £9. Pay Table Office, Connecticut, 8 February 1783. Signed by Eleazer Wales. -- Together, 3 Revolutionary War promissory notes.
