The Weekly Register. 5 issues (incomplete run). Baltimore, MD: H. Niles, 1812. 8vo, 5 issues numbering: Vol. II No. 46, 18 July 1812; Vol. II No. 52, 29 August 1812 with reporting on the "Secret Congressional Journal" on the declaration  and outbreak of the war; Vol. III No. 3, 19 September 1812, with reporting on Fort Malden, a call for volunteers signed in type by William Henry Harrison, and reporting of the "shameful capitulation" that was the surrender of Detroit; Vol. III No. 5, 3 October 1812 with a reprinted letter from Governor Meigs regarding General Harrison; Vol. III No. 10, 7 November 1812, with an account from Captain Heald, the former commander of Fort Dearborn, written from Pittsburgh. Also includes content about Hull's surrender at Detroit.  (Some browning or spotting.) Original printed wrappers (three issues with spines neatly reinforced).
