Condition Report
In overall fine and stable condition. Retaining an even patina and finish throughout. Appears to retain the original hinges and brasses, though it is possible the latter are early replacements. Scuffs, marks and scratches consistent with age and use. The lock clasp affixed to the lid is an early replacement, lacking key, so uncertain if lock mechanism is functional. Few age cracks throughout. The feet appear to be original.
