Halfstock Plains Rifle with Joseph Golcher lock

.36 caliber. 32" octagonal barrel length. SN: NSN. Blued or browned metal finish. Walnut halfstock has a plain straight grip and forearm with steel forend. Percussion rifle with notch rear sight and brass blade front sight. Item features a double spur triggerguard, crescent buttplate, and lockplate that is marked JOS/H\GOLCHER. Includes a brass tipped ramrod.

Condition Report

Good. Bore is frosty. Finish has a mottled brown appearance, with scattered pitting and scratching. Wood stock is in good condition.
