Lot Description
**Browning Superposed 20 Gauge Shotgun with 4-Digit Serial Number
Manufactured 1950
20 gauge. 26.5" barrels. 14.25" length of pull. 1.5" drop to comb. 2.25" drop to heel. 2.75" chambers. Improved cylinder and modified chokes. SN: 2151. Blued metal finish and case hardened trigger. Two piece walnut stock has checkering to round knob semi pistol grip and beavertail forearm. Break action over/under boxlock shotgun with low vent rib and steel bead sights to mid-barrel and front. Item features single trigger, auto ejectors, and barrel selector safety toggle. Frame is engraved with simple floral scroll, rosette hinge pin, and checkmark-swirl borderwork. Made in Belgium.

Condition Report
Good to very good. Bores are bright, with light drag lines from powder residue. Finish to barrels is strong with some light scratches, frame finish has some scattered pit marks and finish loss to bottom edges from handling. There is a spot of active oxidation under break lever. Wood stock is in good condition, with some scattered light scratches and mars to bottom edge. Lever is slightly right of center.
