Antique Winchester Model 1894 Rifle with Marble Sights
Manufactured 1898
.30 WCF. 26" octagonal barrel. SN: 127934. Blued metal finish. Two piece walnut stock has a plain straight grip and forearm. Lever action rifle with a DA-marked folding tang peep sight, Marbles/Winchester adjustable folding express notch rear sight, and a Marbles "tunnel" front sight with brass bead. Item features a full tube magazine and crescent steel buttplate. There is an X mark in front of triggerguard.

Condition Report
Very good to fine. Bore is lightly frosted and has some faint pit marks to rifling. Finish to barrel shows some scattered light scratches, sprinkled pit marks, and thinned losses to sharp edges. Frame finish has thinned mostly to top and sides, with some sprinkled pitting, light scratches, and light patination overall. Buttplate is mostly bare of finish and has some clusters of pitting. Wood stock shows scattered scratches and mars.
