each decorated in gold and colored lacquer on a black ground, the first a metal mounted chest with seven drawers, decorated with cranes flying amongst pine trees; the second a rectangular box and cover, decorated with shaped panels inclosing landscapes and roosters in grass; the third a set of 8 circular dishes decorated foliate scrolls.

Height of largest 14 3/4 in., 37.5 cm.
