13 3/8 x 10 3/4 in. (sight), mounted, matted, and framed to 22 3/4 x 18 1/2 in. (very light toning, few surface abrasions, unexamined out of the frame). A mountain looms over a town with railroad tracks and buildings that appear to be both residential and industrial.
