[CIVIL WAR]. Crutch with padding constructed from frock coat lining.

Overall length 48 1/2 in.; crutch pad width 6 3/4 in.; frock coat padding width approx. 5 in. (mothing, some separations, surface scratches, and expected wear). 

A Civil War-period wooden crutch enhanced by a makeshift frock coat pad.
