Lot Description
[CIVIL WAR]. Model 1858 Federal bullseye canteen. 

Bullseye canteen with brown cover and approx. 4 ft. folded and sewn linen sling (body with denting to one side; sling with wear including discoloration and fraying in some spots; cover with discoloration and wear including minor spots of loss; oxidation to loops). Jack chain unattached to bracket. Spout retains traces of Hadden, Porter & Booth maker's mark.
