FIRST EDITION publication of the statutes of the Provisional Government of the CSA from 8 February 1861 to 18 February 1862, including the constitution for the provisional government, the "permanent constitution" of the Confederate States, and the treaties enacted with Native Americans including the Seminoles, Chickasaws, Cherokees, Osage, Seneca & Shawnees, the Quapaws, and others.
