[CIVIL WAR]. A group of 4 items involving Confederate blockade running in South Carolina and Georgia, comprising: 

Manuscript draft for $193,487.05 paid to Octavius Cohen for cargo received. Wilmington, NC, 12 November 1863. --Manuscript pay order for $35,175 by L. Cohen. Augusta, GA, 5 July 1864. -- Manuscript receipt for $39,500 worth of goods from J.H. Taylor for goods from Cobia * Company. [Augusta, GA?], 6 July 1864. -- Together, 3 manuscript documents, condition generally fine with some toning. 

[With:]  Joseph Cohen & Son, Sensali Marittimi. Charleston, S.C., e Savannah, GA. 4 1/2 x 2 7/8 in. printed trade card for Italian steamship broker based out of Charleston and Savannah. Kingdom of Italy flag printed in color. The Cohens were established in 1844, but became active in blockade-run importation during the Civil War.
