12 x 18 1/4 in. two-sided felt banner with machine-stitched binding on one side (very minor wear to printing). Yellow printing on black felt features a portrait of Dr. King with the text: "We Shall Overcome / 1929 / 1968 / Doctor / Martin Luther King Jr. / American Negro / Public Opinion Service." Reverse features portrait of John F. Kennedy with the legend "We Mourn / Our Loss / 1917 1963 / President / John F. Kennedy."
