EVERETT, Edward (1794-1865). Partly printed military commission signed ("Edward Everett"), as Governor of Massachusetts. [Boston?], 29 September 1838.
1 page, 15 7/8 x 10 in., partly printed document, toned, some separations along old folds, chips at edges, embossed Massachusetts state seal.
Military commission for Edward Carnes of Charles who was promoted to captain of a Company of Light Infantry in the Regiment of Light Infantry.
