Lot Description
[WESTERN AMERICANA]. A group of approx. 60 RPPCs and photographs from Nevada.
The lot contains approx. 45 real photo postcards, 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 in., or smaller, many unused, and 15 silver gelatin photographs, 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 in., or smaller, showing landscapes, landmarks, train depots, city scenes, businesses, prospectors, gamblers, and other characters in Nevada. Images of Reno, Tonopah, Goldfield, Virginia City, Carson City, and Las Vegas are included in the collection. Many of the scenes are identified in the negative.

Together, approx. 60 real photo postcards and photographs. Condition generally good to very good. Some with edge wear, toning, and album residue to verso.
