"Issued by Publications Section Emergency Fleet corporation / Philadelphia, PA" printed at bottom center.

[With:] Lend Your Money to Your Government / Buy a United States Government Bond. New York: American Lithographic Co., 1917. 48 x 36 in. (Heavy wear including fully separated upper left quadrant, copious ripping and tearing throughout). "No. 7" printed lower left.
